Andrey A. Shulga has been heading «Alfa» company since the moment of its establishment. He’s graduated with honour the juridical department of Academy of Labour and Social Relations of Federation of the Trade Unions of Ukraine. Andrey A. Shulga is a great authority in the field of the civil, economic and financial law of Ukraine. He advises clients and carries out legal accompaniment of many known domestic and foreign companies making use of considerable practical experience and own scientific developments. He also has a substantial experience in defence of clients’ interests in the constantly operating court of arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine, Supreme Court of Ukraine, Higher Economic Court of Ukraine, Kiev Economic Court and many other city and district courts of general jurisdiction.
