1. «Economy» Package:
List of services included into the package:

remote documentary legal service (via e-mail) including development and examination of Client’s internal documents, verbal and writing consultations, excerptions from the legislation base and any other services of legal character which grant are possible from distance (using telephone mode or Internet facilities);

monitoring of Ukrainian legislation;

discount for all other services is 5 %.
2. «Business» Package:
List of services included into the package:
-
grant of verbal and writing consultations concerning Client’s current activity;

stationary accompaniment of all or some types of Client’s economic activity;

monitoring of Ukrainian legislation;
-
possible visit of legal company’s specialists to Client (up to 2 times per a month on 2 conditional legal hours);
-
legal examination and drafting documents of legal character;
-
discount on all other services is 10 %.
3. «Elite» Package:
List of services included into the package:
-
grant of verbal and writing consultations concerning Client’s current activity;
-
possible visit of legal company’s specialists to Client (up to 5 times per a month on 2 conditional legal hours);
-
stationary accompaniment of all or some types of Client’s economic activity;
-
recommendations of legal character concerning conduct of Client’s activity, optimization of Client’s profits taxation and efficiency of Client’s management;
-
representation of Client’s interests during negotiations with the third persons;
-
legal accompaniment of agreements concluded by Client;
-
conducting of legal seminars for the Client’s employees;
-
grant of legal assistance to Client at any time on his request;

discount on all other services is 15 %.
Determination of work volume in hours means conditional, approximate units. At the single exceeding of this volume (or vice versa at incomplete use) the question about the change of labour payment sum is not put.
In case of solving of some complicated tasks and/or the tasks requiring considerable additional time expenditures the legal company may fix an additional fee by arrangement. Determination of issues and controversies as complicated or requiring considerable time expenditures is carried out exceptionally by arrangement between the parties.
