Company limited liability "Alfa" Informative & Legal Serviceit is founded on May, 24, 1995. From the moment of creation making and for a present tense Company association operates as a legal company, providing all of spectrum of legal services for any categories of users.
In April, 23, 1997 the Company limited liability "Alfa" Informative & Legal Service on the basis of Decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “About conception of public policy of development of small business” № 404 dated April, 03, 1996 and in accordance with Order of Zhovtneva district state administration of Kyiv City № 601 got status of “Business-center” the main task of which is contribution to development of small and middle business in Ukraine.
In 1998 the Company limited liability “Alfa” Informative & Legal Service was acknowledged one of leading legal companies of country on results the annual rating program “Fifty leading legal firms of Ukraine”, which was conducted by the publishing office of newspaper “Yuridicheskaya praktika”.
Professional successes of leading specialists of Company were repeatedly acknowledged at state level.
Thus, in September, 2003 The Chief of the Company limited liability “Alfa” Informative & Legal Service Andrey A. Shulga is awarded with the Gratitude of Kiev City Chairman for the valuable personal contribution to reformation of national economy, development of enterprise and forming of market structure in Ukraine.
The Deputy Director Lyubov O.Vorotyns’ka and Chief of legal department Ruslan N. Kravchenko are awarded with Gratitudes for the valuable personal contribution to creation of spiritual and material values and achievement of high trade in professional activity from Solomianskyi District Administration in Kiev City in August, 2004 and in August, 2005 respectively.

Company limited liability “Alfa” Informative & Legal Service also takes part in public life of country and Kyiv City in particular.
Administration of Company initiated creation of Public organization “Public council of businessmen of Kyiv City”, which successfully works from July, 2005, submitting interests and solving the problems of businessmen of Kyiv City.
In 2007 the Charitable fund of social protection of veterans of Great Patriotic War of Kyiv City recognized the contribution of Company in this sphere awarded the Director Andrey A. Shul'ga with Deed for the grant of permanent assistance, for a long-term close collaboration and valuable contribution in the matter of social protection of invalids of War of Kyiv City.
Services of the Company limited liability “Alfa” Informative & Legal Service as a “Business-center” are annually used by about 450 enterprises of small and middle business. The permanent clients of company are about 3 000 enterprises of Ukraine and foreign partners.
